Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or report any damaged items.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, not damaged by the customer and in its original packaging with any tags still attached. You will need to provide your order number, provided in your order confirmation email.

To start a return, you can contact us at online@wildehomedecor.com, and provide your order number, your reason for return and any pictures, if applicable. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to review your return request and provide a response. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label attached to our response email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 2-3 business days for inspection of your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A replacement item will be sent if the item was damaged during shipping.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as dried florals or sage/palo santo bundles. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
